property paralegal with approximately 2 years&#8217; experience of working in a similar role, with view to securing a training contract for our Wigan office.<\/p><p>This is a full-time role and would suit an applicant who has completed the LPC\/SQE and has experience of working in commercial property law. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment, with clear opportunities for progression and development.<\/p><p>Working with a partner, the successful candidate would be expected to assist with:<\/p><ul><li>Drafting of commercial sale and purchase contracts, conditional contracts, option and development agreements<\/li><li>Dealing with commercial acquisitions and disposals<\/li><li>Dealing with developer land acquisitions and plot sales, and sales and refinancing of freehold &amp; leasehold commercial premises<\/li><li>Advising and negotiating on commercial leases for both landlord and tenant<\/li><\/ul><p>The ideal candidate will have good time management and IT skills and should have experience in liaising with clients.
